Welcome to Brazil and the preparations for the 2016 Olympic Games.
Ticketed entry, with restricted numbers and with no information available; it left the spectator to rely upon their own response and preconceived views of Brazil to unravel this exhibition. Only once they had exited the show was a comprehensive leaflet available with Brazilian official announcements contrasted with international media coverage.
With its blend of carnival, 'laid back' installation, hints of corruption mixed with our preconceptions; it focused upon topical events: the potential impeachment of Dilma Rousseff and her party on grounds of embezzlement and corruption to environmental tragedies like Minas Gerais and the Zika virus, before returning the question - to the parallels in the build up in London to the games in 2012.
